Position Summary:
Responsible for driving efficiency, visibility, and growth across the division by blending sales support, content execution, and data-driven insights. This role requires a multi-skilled professional who is equally comfortable managing CRM processes in Salesforce, creating and publishing engaging digital content, and consolidating reporting to inform strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (campaign management, database administration, reporting).
- Strong social media management experience across all major platforms.
- Short-form video editing skills with tools like CapCut or Captions.
- Graphic design competency with tools like Canva or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and publishing best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with an ability to write engaging and concise content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 1+ year of marketing experience within a professional environment preferred
- This is a 100% onsite role based in our Irvine, CA office—candidate must be able to commute to the office five days a week.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $38.85 and $40.86. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
