We're looking for experienced home health OTs or those looking to transition from outpatient or SNF settings. - Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
