Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings preferred.
• Client requirement: ability to work a 36-hour work week as outlined by the facility.
• Client requirement: availability to meet a 14-day cancellation notice as requested by the facility.
• Previous experience with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.

• Assignment start: approximately 06/01.
• Workweek: 36 hours per week.
• Cancellation policy: 14-day cancellation notice required by client.
