Moto Deli , the neighborhood hub for chef-driven sandwiches and high-quality brews, is looking for an energetic and multi-talented Barista/Cashier to join our team. We are a fast-paced, community-focused deli where precision meets personality.

• Fuel the Morning: Craft high-quality espresso drinks with consistency and speed, ensuring our coffee program matches the excellence of our kitchen.

• Be the First Impression: Greet guests with a smile, handle orders accurately at the POS, and offer expert recommendations from our menu of specialty sandwiches and sides.

• Manage the Flow: Keep the front-of-house humming. You'll balance taking orders, running food, and maintaining a clean, organized station even when the lunch rush kicks in.

• Collaborate: Work seamlessly with the kitchen crew to ensure every order is synchronized and every guest gets exactly what they need.

• Maintain the Space: Handle opening or closing duties, restock grab-and-go items, and keep the dining area looking sharp and welcoming.

• Safety First: Ensure all alcohol service-including our local craft beer and wine selection-is handled responsibly and in full compliance with state laws.

• Barista Experience: Solid experience working with espresso machines and a basic understanding of coffee profiles and milk steaming.

• Customer-First Attitude: A natural ability to engage with people and provide hospitality that is both professional and genuine.

• Efficiency: The ability to stay organized and move fast while maintaining a high level of accuracy under pressure.

• Team Mindset: A "no task is too small" attitude-you're ready to jump in wherever the team needs help.

• Reliability: A consistent work ethic and the flexibility to work shifts that may include early mornings and weekends.

• Certifications: Valid RBS certification and a Food Handler card are required.
