Were looking for a seasoned Senior Florist to join our creative team. If you can jump from crafting a delicate "just because" bouquet to managing floral installations for a 200-person gala without breaking a sweat, we want to meet you. The Role:
- Design & Artistry: Create high-end retail arrangements and large-scale event florals (weddings, corporate, parties).
- Versatility: Demonstrate mastery in various stylesfrom classic and romantic to modern and avant-garde.
- Shop Leadership: Assist with daily operations, including flower processing, inventory, and helping junior staff.
- Event Execution: Lead on-site setups and strikes, ensuring every bloom is perfectly placed.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in both retail and event floral design.
- Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and advanced mechanics (foam-free installations are a plus!).
- Vibe: A calm-under-pressure attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Logistics: Ability to handle physical demands (lifting buckets/standing) and a valid drivers license.
