Director of Warehouse Operations
Location: 5x/week onsite in Woodland Hills, CA
Compensation: ~$160,000 base salary + benefits
We’re partnered with a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer apparel brand that’s scaling rapidly across ecommerce, wholesale, and dropship . As order volume increases, they’re hiring a hands-on Director of Warehouse Operations to fully own day-to-day warehouse execution and team leadership across multiple facilities.
This role is ideal for an apparel operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to run clean fulfillment, and isn’t afraid to be on the floor driving process, performance, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Background in apparel/fashion warehouse operations required ; non-apparel environments will not translate
- Lead and scale a 30-40+ person warehouse team , including supervisors and leads
- Own end-to-end fulfillment: receiving, inventory flow, pick/pack/ship, and shipping execution
- Manage both DTC and wholesale shipping , including routing guides, ASN, labeling, OTIF, and chargeback prevention
- Operate confidently in NetSuite (inventory visibility, fulfillment workflows, transfers, cycle counts, reporting)
- Oversee operations across multiple warehouse locations , ensuring inventory accuracy and standardized processes
- Build SOPs, improve layouts, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
