What This Role Looks Like:

We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinic in San Jose.

This isn’t a filler role, it’s a foundational one. You’ll step into a full schedule, with the time, tools, and mentorship to treat every patient the right way.

A typical day could include helping a runner return to sport post-ACL repair, guiding a postpartum patient through pelvic floor rehab, or building a customized strength program for someone recovering from spine surgery. You’ll be supported, but never micromanaged.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in California.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Passionate about orthopedic, pelvic health, or neurologic rehabilitation.
• Committed to evidence-based care and 1-on-1 treatment.
• Curious, coachable, and ready to grow—especially as a new grad.
• Bonus if you love movement science, fitness, or performance training.
