Sales Representative - Southern CA
Job Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the medical field to promote products.
- Present and demonstrate molecular imaging technologies to surgeons and medical teams during surgeries and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand market presence.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on product usage and benefits.
Essential Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and training sessions.
Desired Experience - Experience in surgical devices or imaging technologies preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Previous experience working in a startup or innovation-driven environment.
