Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Process orders, updates, and account changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a call center, administrative support, retail, or service-oriented environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Fully onsite role/ Monday-Friday/ Temporary to hire permanent/ Pay $19-23hr
