POSITION SUMMARY

We are working diligently on innovative ways to drive financial momentum for our customers. We are seeking a product leader to lead our Payroll efforts. We allow customers to access their wages as they earn them, and Payroll systems are at the heart of this. Our vision is to create a new financial system that works better for our customers.

This is a Mountain View-based position that requires in-office work two or more days a week. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$231,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Shape the vision for a new product area. Communicate your product vision, roadmap, and results to your team, stakeholders, including the executive team, and our customers.


• Create a fast-paced environment facilitating product iterations and growth.


• Deliver a first-class, innovative payroll experience for EarnIn customers


• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to build and scale your products

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company


• Strong technical background, preferably with a background in payroll software and financial services


• Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics


• Strong product/design sense developed by shipping delightful and innovative products


• Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs


• Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems with creative and radical ideas
