We are offering a contract opportunity for an experienced Field Infusion Nurse (RN) to provide specialized infusion services throughout San Diego. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in home and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home or off-site IV infusions per physician orders.
- Provide patient education and ongoing monitoring during and after infusions.
- Maintain accurate and professional documentation.
- Manage all infusion-related equipment and ensure proper medication handling.
- Communicate with the care team as needed for patient safety and coordination.
- Active, unrestricted California RN license.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in IV insertion (required).
- Prior infusion experience preferred (IVIG, biologics, etc.).
- Must have a reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Must provide own liability insurance (professional/general).
