This role will interact with cross function team including demand planning, production, marketing, customer service, sales, engineering, quality, and regulatory. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Supply Planning:
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term supply plans to meet forecasted demand and inventory targets. Minimize material risks and back-order risks for the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regions, and production, to align supply plans with business objectives.
  • Coordinate buyers to execute Purchase Order placement and updates, and to monitor material delivery schedule.
• Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement purchasing strategies to optimize inventory turns and reduce stockouts.
  • Identify and address excess or obsolete inventory, implementing corrective actions to minimize waste and costs.
  • Conduct regular inventory analysis and develop reports to provide insights to management.
• Supplier Communication:
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to discuss pricing, lead times, and current risks to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Address supply-related issues promptly and proactively work to resolve any disruptions in the supply chain.
• New Product Introductions and Product Updates:
  • Provide supply chain expertise and support for the successful introduction of new products.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the smooth transition of new products into the supply chain.
  • Coordinate the implementation of changes to existing products, ensuring a seamless update process.
• Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in supply chain process improvement initiatives to drive cost savings and operational excellence.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics , Business, data science, or related field. Master degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in supply chain management, inventory management, or supplier management.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and systems, including ERP system, MRP system, and Microsoft Suites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
• Experience of working under international environment.

(Base Salary Range 100K -115K) An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
