Client Success Specialist

The Role
As a Client Success Coordinator, you will act as the "concierge" for our professional clients. You aren't just managing bookings; you are curating experiences. Daily Responsibilities
Dedicated Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for luxury destination and high-priority client service accounts.
Logistics Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between global vendors and clients to ensure 100% itinerary accuracy.
Service Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to "level up" the clients journey, anticipating needs before they arise.
High-Volume Execution: Manage multiple coordination tasks simultaneously with professional poise, speed, and accuracy.
