Since its start as the Google Self-Driving Car Project in 2009, Waymo has focused on building the Waymo Driver—The World's Most Experienced Driver™—to improve access to mobility while saving thousands of lives now lost to traffic crashes. The Waymo Driver powers Waymo’s fully autonomous ride-hail service and can also be applied to a range of vehicle platforms and product use cases. At Waymo, we are dedicated to building a culture that promotes collaboration and celebration. Serve as the primary escalation lead by driving end-to-end resolution of vendor issues, utilizing a centralized tracker to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Govern operational integrity by maintaining all partner SOPs and playbooks, ensuring strict vendor adherence to the latest Waymo standards through robust change control for all process and tool updates. Elevate partner capability by leading comprehensive onboarding and targeted training programs to ensure vendor teams master Waymo’s diagnostic processes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
