Full Stack Software Engineer

What technologies will you work with?
You should bring strong experience in:

• JavaScript (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js)
• Python (FastAPI, concurrency)
• Cloud / DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
• System Architecture

We’d also value experience with:

• Strong frontend/UI design skills (Figma)
• Machine Learning/Deep Learning (open-source tools, inference at scale)

What will you work on?
We operate at the intersection of consumer and enterprise software, building platforms that serve candidates through interview experiences as well as employers through data aggregation and analytics. As a hands-on engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to build both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade products with direct, large-scale impact.

Potential challenges you’ll work on include:

Consumer Software:

• Optimizing systems to reduce average response latency to ~200ms
• Fine-tuning ML models to minimize hallucination and maximize accuracy
• Scaling architecture to support thousands of concurrent users

Enterprise Software:

• Seamlessly integrating with client hiring systems
• Designing and delivering fast, intuitive data visualization solutions
• Building and shipping new features to meet evolving customer needs
