Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Daily billing, invoice verification and posting to the General Ledger
- Cash applications and reconciliations, accurately applying wires and credit memos while researching and resolving discrepancies
- Lead collections efforts, ensuring customers adhere to payment terms
- Prepare and distribute Accounts Receivable Aging Reports
- Set up and maintain new customer accounts including credit checks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse and Accounting teams
- Assist Accounting department where needed including reconciliations Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, etc)
- Experience with reconciliations
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- A positive “can do” attitude
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
