Job Summary:
The Experienced Equipment Operator will operate a variety of equipment, trucks and tractors for the purpose of street and utility repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities.
Job Specifications:- Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate all equipment used by the Mt. Ops team
- Monitor all equipment and make sure that all issues are addressed promptly and communicated with Vehicle Maintenance.
- Physical Labor will be required due to the broad scope of the jobs that will be done for the resort. Responsible for all aspects of Mountain operations.
- Maintenance of signs and repairs and general maintenance.
- Able to take directions and work as part of a team
- Accurately troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-year heavy equipment experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- License is required for this position
- Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
