Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Room License: Current RN licensure in California Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS Must-Have: - At least 2 years of experience - Weekends included in rotation Description: Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment. Assume responsibility for patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Manage multiple patients with varying conditions in a dynamic setting. Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and respond to emergencies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures. Participate in continuous professional development and training.
