TITLE: Administrative Business Partner

LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA (fully onsite M-F; 9am-5pm)

We’re seeking a dynamic Administrative Business Partner to help streamline operations and foster productive relationships within a fast-paced, innovative environment. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to impact daily business functions, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across teams.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports
• Ability to coordinate facilities and handle administrative tasks efficiently
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working in tech or corporate settings
• Familiarity with office management software and tools
• Prior experience supporting executives or team leaders

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior administrative or executive support experience is advantageous
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Other Requirements

• Availability to work fully onsite in Sunnyvale during standard business hours (9-5)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
• Willingness to assist with facilities coordination and internal communications

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 to $32.67 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
