Store Cleaner

A clean, safe, and well-presented store is essential to delivering the exceptional shopping experience our customers expect at Pete's Frootique & Fine Foods. As a Store Cleaner , you will play an important role in maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and standards of our store environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining both customer and staff areas by following established cleaning schedules and completing a variety of light to moderate cleaning tasks. Your work helps ensure the store remains welcoming, organized, and comfortable for both customers and team members.

Because your responsibilities take you throughout the store, you will also interact with customers and represent the Pete's Frootique & Fine Foods brand in a friendly and professional manner. You may also assist other departments as needed, including collecting shopping carts and baskets from the parking lot and mall areas.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and physical stamina. Applicants must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to assist in multiple areas of the store as needed
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is considered an asset
• Passion for food and interest in being part of a retail team
