We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Director to lead our front-of-house service team and champion the guest experience each evening. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on the dining room floor, enjoys developing people, and is committed to delivering world-class service with warmth, precision, and grace.

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during nightly service.
• Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality and personalized service.
• Maintain the highest standards of Michelin-level service execution.
• Engage with guests throughout service, anticipating needs and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed.
• Lead daily pre-service meetings and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Drive service education through continuous training in food, beverage, hospitality, and service techniques.
• Partner closely with culinary and operations leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Review upcoming reservations, VIP guests, special requests, and service strategies to prepare the team for success.
• Support the development and implementation of service standards, SOPs, and training materials.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Has significant fine dining leadership experience, preferably in Michelin-starred or luxury hospitality environments.
• Is a visible, hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor and coaching in real time.
• Possesses exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Has a passion for hospitality, service excellence, and guest engagement.
• Is highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Leads with humility, professionalism, and integrity.
• Enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams.
