Business Analyst, Operations Strategy & Change
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements. This includes Gap Analysis: Perform Gap analysis to identify discrepancies between the current state and the desired target state of business processes, systems, or capabilities. Recommend solutions to bridge gaps, such as process enhancements, technology capabilities, and/or resource allocation, helping the organization move towards its strategic goals. Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to measure progress, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Change Impact Assessment: Collaborate with Strategy & Projects teams to assess the impact and scale of transformation on processes, teams, and stakeholders. Also, the potential risks and challenges. Evaluate the capabilities and resources needed for implementation, such as training, communication, or technology. Readiness Assessment: Assess user readiness for upcoming changes and help ensure a smooth transition during UAT and implementation phases.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable solutions that support both operational and strategic objectives. Conduct process analysis and mapping sessions with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify improvement opportunities. Support stakeholders through operational change, recommending and driving solutions to challenges posed by transformation initiatives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, requirements specifications, assessments and training materials, to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and the successful implementation of change initiatives.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Work closely with technology partners to develop and validate UAT test cases that align with business needs. Ensure UAT schedules, outcomes, and feedback are communicated effectively to stakeholders ensuring alignment and readiness for deployment.
- 3+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Process Analysis, or related roles.
- 3+ years of experience in Production, Post-Production, Media, Broadcast and/or Streaming Distribution, strongly preferred.
- Methodologies and Frameworks: Strong knowledge of change or product management and agile principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Critical Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically, question assumptions, and approach problems from multiple angles to develop solutions
- Analytical Thinking: Strong experience in analyzing complex processes and data sets, with a track record of using data to drive process improvement decisions
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Competence with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for tracking KPIs and supporting decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated expertise in preparing and delivering presentations to leadership, and in clear, concise documentation that effectively communicates complex information
- Time Management Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Documentation: Demonstrated ability in producing and managing comprehensive documentation, including Change Management Plans, analysis, assessments, training, implementation and Communication Plans.
- Performance Indicators: Experience in using data to develop and monitor KPIs and OKRs to align change management efforts with strategic business objectives
- Global Team Collaboration: Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse perspectives and drive consistent process improvement initiatives.
- Agility and Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in an environment of continual change, with comfort in navigating ambiguity, adapting to shifting priorities, and leading process improvements in a dynamic setting.
