• Full-time, exempt - $72,800.00 annually
• Part-time, non-exempt, 20 hours per week - $35.00 per hour
• Per Diem, non-exempt, maximum of 10 hours per week - $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Foster a friendly, safe, and inclusive therapy environment
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting and/or within our center-based Early Intervention program
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
• Manages a diverse caseload, which may include early intervention, habilitative, and rehabilitative services for children ages 0–18 with a wide range of diagnoses
• Adheres to organizational policies and procedures to ensure consistent, ethical, and effective service delivery
• Participates in ongoing professional development, including required in-service trainings and team meetings

Education and Experience

• Master's degree in physical therapy (Required)
• Current Physical Therapy California state license (Required)
• Pediatric experience in working with a variety of disorders (Required)
• CPR/First Aid certified (Preferred)

Requirements

• Must maintain valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California
• Successfully pass all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, TB test, drug screening and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
