Facilities/Maintenance
This role requires experience in facilities maintenance to ensure the building and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order. Responsibilities include performing routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and addressing issues related to building systems, equipment, plumbing, electrical, security, and overall facility safety.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Change lights and/or light fixtures
- Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
- Perform minor electrical repairs
- Conduct facility safety inspections
- Perform grounds and security maintenance
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, working order
- Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Respond to emergency situations to ensure employee and facility safety
- Comply with OSHA and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
- Follow organizational and Facilities Department policies and procedures
- Build positive working relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation
- Assemble and relocate furniture as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
