Engineering Program Manager (EPM)
Job Title: Engineering Program Manager - Ads Product Initiatives
Role Descriptions:
• Role Description: Supports planning and execution across a variety of Apple Ads product initiatives, with a focus on driving cross-functional alignment, roadmap/intake hygiene, dependency tracking, execution follow-through, and concise status reporting.
• Partners closely with Product, Engineering, EPMs, and cross-functional stakeholders to help move prioritized initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Strong EPM experience driving complex, cross-functional engineering programs across Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders.
• Ability to manage portfolio-level planning, intake, roadmap tracking, dependency mapping, and execution follow-through.
• Strong written/verbal communication, including concise exec-ready status, risks, and decision framing.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous/fast-moving environments with evolving scope and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with advertising platforms, media, campaign management, data/reporting, or large-scale product initiatives preferred.
• Strong project hygiene using standard engineering program management tools, including issue/dependency tracking, roadmap planning, documentation, spreadsheets, and status reporting dashboards.
