- Collaborate with the internal and external creative teams and external partners to develop creative concepts and strategies for various projects
- Create and manage a creative bench for the content team and the rest of the organization ensuring we have diversity of creative talent to support the needs of our channels, partners, and platforms
- Lead project planning and management, including production process, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Work cross functionally with partnerships, growth, paid media sales channels to deliver best in class creative assets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative technologies to enhance project quality and innovation
- Create efficiencies across creative content to ensure consistency across channels
- 7-9 years of experience in brand management, content/creative management, advertising and/or marketing management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Trafficker, Creative Producer or similar role in CPG or similar industry
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Proficiency in creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, project management software, etc)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements

LOCATION:
- This is a hybrid position out of our Santa Monica, CA office, and requires quarterly travel
