Project/Program Management Specialist 3
Roles & Responsibilities
- Scope projects and create detailed work plans.
- Track project progress against work schedules and monitor budget progress and burn rates.
- Update and maintain project plans using MS Project or similar PPM software.
- Establish and maintain project quality requirements.
- Create and present management reports on project outcomes and status.
- Adhere to the established methods of project execution and tracking.
- Maintain communication strictly through FG as per instructions.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
- 2-3 years of project management experience in a remote setup.
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (preferred).
- Experience working in a shared service or BPO organization.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse groups and skill sets.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and expertise in using PPM software such as MS Project or Project Server.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver results.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
- No project management certification required.
- Mastery of project scheduling and PPM tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to ensure project success.
