Nice And Cool Inc is a family-owned and operated HVAC company established in 2011 and proudly serving Los Angeles and surrounding areas. As we celebrate our 15-year anniversary , were expanding aggressively and looking for experienced sales professionals who want high commissions, flexibility, and real earning potential .
This is a commission-only position for motivated closers who are confident selling HVAC systems, replacements, and upgrades.
What Were Looking For
- HVAC or construction sales experience preferred
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
- Ability to explain HVAC systems clearly to customers
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently
- Existing customer base is a big plus
