What You’ll Do
- Handle a mix of professional liability, medical malpractice, and administrative licensing matters
- Draft and argue dispositive and substantive motions
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
- Analyze medical records and develop key facts for litigation
- Conduct fact investigations into pre-litigation incidents
- Build case strategies and collaborate closely with partners and clients
- Maintain an organized caseload in a supportive, team-focused environment

Qualifications
- Litigation experience, ideally with exposure to professional liability, healthcare, or medical malpractice
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
- Comfortable handling depositions with autonomy
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Compensation
- $120,000 to $170,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Productivity-based bonus program
