Job Summary

We are hiring a Production - Batching associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in batching, mixing, filling, or manufacturing who is looking for a stable production environment with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Batch finished product accurately according to established formulations and production requirements.
- Fill product into finished packaging while maintaining quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Follow company policies, GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, and all required food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for input materials and finished product within the ERP system.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment according to sanitation schedules and procedures.
- Complete required production documentation clearly, legibly, and accurately.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18 to $22 per hour.
- Schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Must be able to train on 1st shift.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Accurately batch and prepare finished product according to company formulations.
- Fill finished product into packaging while following quality and safety requirements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy for materials and finished product using an ERP system.
- Complete production, sanitation, and quality documentation in a clear and accurate manner.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of related manufacturing, batching, mixing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to follow GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, and company safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to measure, document, and verify information accurately.
- Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must be able to train on 1st shift before moving to the assigned 2nd shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior batching, mixing, or food production experience strongly preferred.
- General work experience in food, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturing is helpful.
- Experience using an ERP system for inventory or production tracking is a plus.
