Analyst II, Supply & Services
Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of the Fiscal Officer of the Directorate of Resource Management, Supply and Services Division, the Analyst II performs functions related to procuring supplies and services for Camp San Luis Obispo (CSLO). Principle functions of the position include: planning, researching and drafting all Public Works and personal services contracts; procuring supplies and services through various purchasing methods and funding sources; implement fiscal responsibility policies and regulations; work with vendors to obtain bids and required documentation; work with various personnel within the organization to track purchase/service requests; confirm receipt of goods; submit invoices for payment; utilize various forms and databases; apply accounting principles, track budget and create reports as applicable.
