We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Oasis In-Home Care. This role is a vital part of our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. The person in this position will drive business growth by forging new partnerships, expanding our client base, and nurturing strong relationships with referral sources and stakeholders. If you are highly motivated, excel in relationship-building, and have a heart for making a difference in the home care industry, we want you on our team! NO TOADSTOOLS, Pushing the limits of “generally accepted” is part of our average work day. That means we expect our team members to push the envelope with their own skills as well. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase the company's client base and revenue.
- Build relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, healthcare providers, and senior living facilities, to drive meaningful partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities in the in-home care sector.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with community organizations, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that effectively promote our services and mission.
- Monitor business development metrics, evaluate performance, and report progress toward achieving quarterly and annual goals.
- Stay informed on industry standards and ensure compliance while pursuing and managing new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
- A deep understanding of the home care market and client needs within this sector.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and independent work ethic, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
