Executive Development, Chief
- Lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and tracking of the Executive Development program
- Develop the program roadmap, including cohort design and program deployment strategies
- Guide and manage partnerships with external academic institutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company’s Purpose, Virtues, and Stands
- Drive creative and innovative approaches to executive development experiences
- Oversee program operations and ensure alignment with organizational strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timeline, budgets, and quality assurance
- Analyze program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and business needs
- Present program progress and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Ensure the executive development offerings align with broader talent and leadership strategies
- Manage vendor relationship for external program support
- Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 12 years of related experience or equivalent
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working with top-tier universities or executive education organizations
- Prior experience of developing executive leadership programs from the ground up
