A well-established business and real estate law firm based in El Segundo is hiring a Business Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. With a strong local presence and a focus on meaningful client advocacy, this firm blends sophisticated litigation work with a down-to-earth culture.
You’ll manage a moderate caseload of diverse business disputes, working alongside a supportive team of ten attorneys and 14 staff. What You'll Do:
- Handle a caseload of 20–30 business litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues on case strategy
- Maintain strong communication and build lasting client relationships
- Contribute to a positive, team-first firm culture

Compensation & Incentives:
- Base salary: $160,000 to $225,000 (flexible for senior-level talent)
- Origination bonus: 10% of billed and collected revenue on referred work
- Annual billable bonus: up to $30,000 based on tiered milestones
- Quarterly performance bonuses: up to $12,500 per quarter

- You have 5+ years of litigation experience
