Finance Clerk
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and distribute accurate invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
Payment Processing: Apply cash payments from various sources (EFT, credit card, lockbox, live checks, and phone payments) and prepare bank deposits.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile premium billing accounts within the billing system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
Reporting & Auditing: Validate and review delinquent premium reports, non-payment reports, and broker commission reports. Assist with billing quality assurance and internal audits.
Customer & Partner Support: Respond promptly to billing inquiries from Member Services and external customers. Process payment-related requests, educate payers on billing timelines and payment options, and provide payment histories or billing documentation as needed.
Administrative Operations: Update billing documentation, monitor workbaskets and queues, and collaborate effectively with internal partners to resolve customer issues. Skills
