Remote Finance Analyst, Finance Transformation POST NUMBER: 233062
We are seeking a Remote Interim Finance Transformation Analyst to partner closely with Finance leadership, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to support system implementations, process improvements, testing activities, reporting, and change management efforts. The ideal candidate combines business analysis skills with a solid understanding of accounting and finance processes. Responsibilities: Support finance transformation projects and system implementation initiatives. Assist with the rollout of a new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform designed to automate Accounts Payable and vendor management processes. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Gather requirements and support ongoing enhancements to finance operations. Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Coordinate testing efforts, track results, and document issues. Gather feedback from end users and help drive issue resolution. Maintain project documentation, action items, and status updates. Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, flowcharts, training guides, and job aids. Pull and analyze data from Dynamics 365 (D365). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, finance transformation, financial systems, process improvement, or project support. Understanding of accounting and finance operations. Experience with process documentation, workflow mapping, and SOP development. Dynamics 365 is a plus! Strong Excel and reporting skills.
