House Manager / Personal Assistant For Executive Couple - Newport Beach, CA

This is a newly created role. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented House Manager / Personal Assistant to support a high-level retired couple with multiple homes in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and Corona del Mar. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, self-motivated, and possess a unique balance of discretion, efficiency, and thoughtful service. This position is based out of a private home office near the primary Newport Beach estate, not in the home itself. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and maintenance of multiple residences Oversee vendors and service providers Coordinate travel plans and detailed itineraries Organize household and guest logistics Provide light personal assistance (shopping, errands, scheduling) Office-based, MondayFriday, with some flexibility Qualifications: An excellent communicator with strong tech skills Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities A quiet, confident leader who enjoys supporting others Experienced in travel coordination and property oversight Thoughtful, proactive, and respectful of privacy Someone who treats principals like family and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly 5+ years' experience in estate/household management Strong administrative and organizational skills Tech-savvy with experience managing calendars, emails, and budgets Local to Orange County or willing to relocate (relocation costs will not provided) Valid driver's license and clean record Compensation & Schedule: Compensation between $165,000 to$175,000, commensurate based on qualifications and experience.
