Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This vital role provides comprehensive support to the owner of the company, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient management of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a positive attitude. Your energy and dedication will help foster a productive workplace, enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and growth. Responsibilities Screen and prioritize incoming emails and calls, determine appropriate action with urgency. Draft, edit, and send professional correspondences while ensuring tone and content align with his communication style. Track a daily to-do list and follow-up on action items and deadlines. Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. Oversee office management duties such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval. Provide personal assistant support and clerical duties as needed to ensure executive's day to day runs smoothly. What we are looking for Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Candidate must be able to write clear and effective emails and communicate professionally. This is a must! Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor with polished presentation. Details Location: Downtown Los Angeles 90015 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Full time, in person, permanent position Starting salary: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour ($52,000 - $54,000 a year) Health insurance (after 90-day probation period) Paid sick time (after 90-day probation period) Paid Parking
