1143 - Senior CNSP Surface Force Training Requirements and Data Analyst

Sigma Defense Systems is seeking a former Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) with experience at the Department Head level or above to join our team as Senior CNSP Surface Force Training Requirements and Data Analyst.

The ideal candidate is a former SWO with experience with Navy training and certification processes. Experience with training resource management including the monitoring and analysis of Navy Surface Ship training metrics is a must. This candidate must have experience with Training and Operational Readiness Information Services (TORIS), Relational Administrative Data Management (RADM), or Naval Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS).

• Experience developing and presenting PowerPoint briefs that highlight issues and solutions to higher leadership.
• Experience leading teams in identifying and prioritizing process improvement opportunities.
• 2+ years of experience with Navy training and certification processes and training resource management including monitoring and analysis of Navy Surface Ship training metrics.
• 2+ years of experience identifying, tracking, and prioritizing training system issues.
• Experience operating Navy information systems used for surface ship training management such as Training and Operational Readiness Information Services (TORIS), Relational Administrative Data Management (RADM), or Naval Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS/FLTMPS).
• Experience tracking and scheduling unit critical and required school requirements.
• Use of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Knowledge of:

• The Surface Navy Basic Phase training processes Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM).
• Familiar with POM process and process to submit POM issues.
• Surface Warfare Training Strategy and Fleet Training Wholeness Strategy.
• How Ship and Fleet Non-Combat Expenditure Allowance (NCEA) is planned and promulgated.
• How Critical NECs and NEC gaps impact ship readiness and preparedness during the Training Phase.

Clearance Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
• Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually.
