• Reporting To & Team Dynamics: Daily interactions with IT managers infrastructure teams and cross-department stakeholders; team culture is collaborative municipal union-structured and values diplomacy influence without force and steady follow-through.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Must Haves:
    • Minimum 8 10 years of experience in infrastructure and program/project management.
    • Strong infrastructure domain expertise (storage server systems remediation planning)
    • Solid program/project management capability (planning delivery oversight resource coordination)
    • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive timelines in a union environment using calm pleasant persistence
    • Prior leadership in infra modernization programs
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience in municipal/public-sector IT
    • Familiarity with union environments
• Purpose/Function:
  • Solving program-wide infrastructure execution needs
  • Day-to-day activities include: managing implementation plans reviewing technical plans from managers identifying risks driving execution timelines ensuring follow-through and pushing critical infrastructure initiatives forward; mission of the role involves increasing velocity of delivery across storage strategy new server systems vulnerability remediation and cross-team project alignment.

• Location & Flexibility: Based in Oxnard onsite 5 days per week ;
