Senior Full Stack Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a high-impact Senior Full Stack Engineer role at a fast-moving AI voice automation startup building the infrastructure for millions of AI-driven conversations. The platform combines prompt orchestration, telephony integrations, and intuitive frontend experiences — and this engineer will be shaping its core.

Working directly with the founding team, the successful hire will own projects end-to-end: architecture through deployment, backend through UI. Fast feedback loops, real customer exposure, and the opportunity to help define a category-leading product. This is not a role for people who want remote or a slower pace — it's high ownership, high intensity, and significant upside.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build core platform features — prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics tools, and telephony integrations

• Develop scalable full stack systems across the entire layer: UI, APIs, and DevOps

• Own projects end-to-end — architecture, build, deployment, and iteration

• Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that get customers live quickly

• Support onboarding, troubleshoot customer issues, and feed learnings back into product

• Bridge backend architecture and frontend experience to deliver fast, production-quality solutions

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong senior-level full stack experience — React, TypeScript, Node.js at minimum

• Production-level systems experience: scalable architecture, APIs, deployment, and iteration

• Experience working on developer-facing or customer-facing platforms with direct product impact

• Comfortable owning work end-to-end — no hand-holding, no waiting for specs

• Experience with or strong interest in AI, voice automation, telephony, or prompt engineering a plus

• Thrives in fast, high-ownership environments — genuinely excited by building from scratch

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area; 5 days onsite in Redwood City is non-negotiable
