Onboarding Specialist
The Case Doesn't Start in Court. It Starts With You.
When a new client signs on with Shegerian & Associates, they're trusting us with one of the hardest moments of their working life. Your job is to make sure that trust is met with order, clarity, and care from day one. As our Onboarding Specialist, you're the one who turns "we'll take your case" into a fully built file ready for the team to fight.
We're California's premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, and we're looking for someone who treats the details like they matter, because they do.
What You'll Do
- Build case files from the ground up, organizing every document so nothing slips and nothing slows the team down
- Guide new clients through document retention, form completion, and the small-but-critical paperwork moments that lay the foundation of a case
- Keep case lists, trackers, and timelines current, your updates are what the rest of the firm runs on
- Close the loop on every task, every time, so cases move without friction

Benefits
What We Offer:
- Hourly pay: $24-$25 BOE
- Competitive Salary based on Experience: $49,920 - $52,000
- Workplace: In-person

- Firm pays 100% of premiums for dental and vision
- Firm pays 100% of all Silver-level medical plans
- Firm contributes approximately 10% toward retirement (3% Safe Harbor + 7% Profit Sharing)
- $500 annual FSA contribution
- Time for Life: Accrual of 80 hours of PTO (additional 40 hours on 3rd anniversary), 40 hours sick pay, plus your birthday off as a fully paid day.
