Japanese Bilingual Office Administrator / Bookkeeper

Job Overview 100-year-old Japanese company is opening the 1st US subsidiary in Irvine, California. We are looking for Japanese Bilingual Office Administrator / Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience to join our team! Qualifications:
- Business level of Japanese and English fluence is required.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Working knowledge in Office management and HR management.
- A few years of QuickBooks experience is required.
- Experience with journal entries and maintaining a general ledger.
- Ability to process payroll accurately while adhering to regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
