JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support FOX’s operations in Mexico. This role operates within a high-volume shared services environment and requires expertise in timely, compliant invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with Coupa, Graphite, or Workday is a plus. A strong understanding of Mexican statutory requirements for the AP cycle—including CFDIs, tax compliance, and related regulations—is essential.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and validate supplier invoices in full compliance with Mexico’s fiscal and tax regulations
• Ensure invoices meet statutory requirements and support accurate tax reporting
• Collaborate with vendors and Fox/Caliente TV stakeholders in both Spanish and English to resolve invoice issues and facilitate timely payments
• Reconcile AP Aging reports and vendor statements, resolving outstanding items promptly
• Support supplier onboarding, including documentation review and compliance verification
• Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and regulatory reporting
• Identify and escalate irregularities, discrepancies, or non-compliant transactions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a shared services or global operations environment
• Professional written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English
• Strong knowledge of Mexican invoicing and tax requirements
• Demonstrated reconciliation, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Familiarity with AP systems such as Coupa, Graphite, or Workday
• T&E experience
