About the Role: Product Manager (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to refine product direction.
Gain buy-in for product vision from internal and external stakeholders.

Partner with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches and sustained growth.

Day-to-Day Activities

Lead roadmap discussions and plan product phases, timelines, and release schedules.
Conduct user research and usability studies to uncover customer pain points and desires.
Work closely with design and development teams to ensure flawless execution of product specifications.
Manage cross-functional teams to meet project milestones while adhering to budgets and timelines.
Prepare and deliver progress reports and product requirements to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a strong advantage.
Professional certifications like Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner (ACPMPO) are highly regarded.
Proven experience in product management, ideally within the manufacturing industry or a similar field.
