HVAC Business Development/Estimating/Project Manager
HVAC Business Development/Estimating/Project Manager position in San Diego, CA
We are a large, growing HVAC/Mechanical Contractor that specializes in working on medium and large commercial projects in San Diego. We are hiring for a Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Find, Estimate and Manage commercial HVAC projects in San Diego
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with General Contractors and Building Owners
- Make sure projects are completed on-time and under-budget.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers and ensure on-time delivery and best pricing on materials
- Attend BIM-coordination meetings and review change-order and RFI estimates prior to final submission for approval
- Identify and present value-engineering strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
- Some experience in Business Development and Estimating
- Local in San Diego area
- Stable work-history
