Community Veterinary Hospital is a 6 doctor, AAHA accredited companion animal hospital. For over 60 years, we have served our clients, companion animals, working dogs, and rescue organizations. We practice high quality, comprehensive medical, surgical, emergency, and preventative care.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Rotating weekend availability is required. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 30 pounds is required. Background screening is required for new hires.

Duties
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Process payments.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
- Provide basic information on pet care and preventative medicine.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality animal care and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED.
- REQUIRED: 1.5 years experience at a veterinary hospital.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to multi-task while still maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and veterinary software systems is advantageous.
- A passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Vietnamese/Korean) is a plus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
