Advisors - Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
SupportFinity is seeking experienced professionals in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or SaaS Sales for a unique advisory role. This is not a full-time or part-time position, but an opportunity to contribute strategic insights and become a valued partner.

Share market intelligence and competitive insights to inform our product roadmap.
Provide strategic guidance on recruitment technology and talent acquisition best practices.
Offer insights to enhance SupportFinity's platform features and user experience.
Actively promote SupportFinity within your professional network and to potential clients.
Contribute innovative ideas to align our technology with market needs.
Qualifications
Proven track record in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or SaaS Sales leadership.
Deep understanding of current recruitment technologies and talent market trends.
Exceptional communication and networking skills.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business or strategic opportunities.
Experience in advising or consulting roles is a plus.
Passion for innovation and contributing to a growing technology platform.
Existing network within the HR tech or SaaS sales community is highly desirable.
