Data Analyst-III

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to join our data-driven team. This role is critical in understanding business drivers, testing hypotheses through product analytics, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid background in statistics, and the ability to influence business and product strategy through collaboration and data storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct quantitative analyses to uncover insights into business performance and marketplace dynamics.
2. Design and execute A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams on data logging implementation, data pipeline integrity, and monitoring.
4. Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key metrics and business performance.
5. Provide data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders and product teams.
6. Interpret user behavior and contribute to product strategy through advanced data analytics.
7. Present findings and analysis clearly to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics roles, preferably in consumer-facing product environments.
3. Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
4. Experience with A/B testing frameworks and interpreting experimental results.
5. Skilled in building dashboards and visualizations to monitor and present key business metrics.
6. Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in a fast-paced technology or product-centric company.
2. Exposure to marketplace or platform business models.
3. Knowledge of machine learning concepts or advanced statistical modeling.

Certifications

1. No certifications required. Certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related tools (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau, etc.) are a plus.
