Job Description:
Build and maintain scalable backend systems powering efficient at-home healthcare delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Build and maintain APIs and WebSockets for integration with internal and third-party systems

Design and structure databases for efficient API communication
-
Maintain cloud-based backend infrastructure
-
Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure system architecture
-
Collaborate with frontend for API testing and validation
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3–5 years of experience with NestJS (must be core backend expertise)
-
Proficiency in REST APIs and WebSockets
-
Strong experience building scalable APIs and data structures
-
Basic frontend experience (for API validation/testing)

Proficient with Python and Linux
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in both web and mobile development
